Damo bought me tickets to see Dawn French in the Olympia last night, I just loved it. For a treat afterwards we went to Zaytoon for a delicious chicken shish, not feeling a bit guilty as I was straight back onto the healthy eating today. Happy days, life goes on.
So what will my 36th year bring me? More time with the family? Yes. The sale of my house? Hopefully. A new job? Possibly. Another baby? Not until 2016. A year closer to our dream Florida holiday? Zippa-dee-doo-dah hell yeh!
Dawn French made me think about a few things last night, I think I nearly cried as much as I did laugh. Very moving, and at only 20 years older than me she has achieved so much. Her section on adoption was inspiring and made me think of some very special people (Umple Jims and Auntie Sieve). My birthday wish tomo goes to you two (I can't wait to see your smiles when you meet your babies for the first time)
On top of my wonderful birthday treat, I was blown away again today by such a magnificent gesture. My cousin Ian (who I have not seen in too long!) made a donation of a whopping amount, my jaw actually hit the table. His message made it even more special:
Ian Bentley £100.00

Go for it Sarah and Damo, the charities are worthy causes but your long and healthy life with your boys is priceless!
